Mo's Biography

Leimomi Manley is no stranger to success as both a business owner and a competitive player in the corporate world.  Leaving a lucrative career during the height of the dot.com era as a software consultant specializing in internet security and enterprise resource planning solutions, she turned her entrepreneurial dreams into reality.  Her uncanny ability to increase wealth and success by uncovering hidden assets, overlooked opportunities, and undervalued possibilities have made her business of 20 years in web design, e-commerce, and social media branding.

In 2017, Leimomi relocated to Chicago to consult and develop a start-up company to determine the financial needs and goals and develop growth plans for a national and international product launch.  During this time, Leimomi was given another opportunity to become a licensed broker associate for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Starck Real Estate.  Leveraging her experience as a successful business owner, she is known for her commitment to her clients, ubiquitous availability, solution-oriented approach, high-tech marketing strategy, and skilled negotiator with the client’s best interest at heart.

Leimomi’s ability to balance multiple businesses and find ways to capitalize on the strengths of each business in a way that overlaps and complements the others make her unique.  Her core value comprises dedication, devotion, and integrity.  She spends her personal time volunteering her services as a member of the board of directors for the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), a non-profit organization providing affordable and sustainable housing solutions for the Asian American Pacific Islanders (AAPI) and local communities.

Wendy's journey started at the age of 19 years old in the construction industry.  While attending Kendall College as a full-time student, she also held a full-time job for an environmental construction company specializing in wetlands.  Her responsponsibilities included working hand in hand with the senior executive management on multiple projects. 

Upon being the first graduate in the family with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management, Wendy collaborated with her brother, David on continuous growth of the family-owned business, Complete Construction of Illinois, Inc. (CCI).  Within the time she was co-principal of CCI, the company has exponentially grown with the backbone of the business based on client referrals.  Her vision to diversify her portfolio led her to expand into the Real estate sector.
